Compensation Plans-   Our models reward and encourage high performance levels.  We have a cap on  the amount you will pay.  You know the maximum amount you will pay to Keller Williams each year.  Once you hit your cap amount, which is the same for all associates, you will receive 100% on all of your transactions for the remainder of your anniversary year.  Your anniversary year is marked by the month you affiliate with us, not January 1st.

Flexibility in Business-  We stand behind you...not in front of you.  We allow you the freedom to make decisions for your business.  We encourage associates to brand themselves.  We believe that your customers and clients do business with you, not your company.  Our low fees and compensation models allow you to make your own decisions about how to spend money on your business.

Your Listings, Your Leads-  At Keller Williams we respect that you put significant time and effort into obtaining your listings.  As a result, all leads generated from your listings go back to you, not to other associates and not too us to farm out.

Agent Run Offices-  We are an agent run, profit-sharing company.  At Keller Williams your opinion matters.  We have an open books policy.  Our agents can see the books and financials at any time. Keller Williams encourages involvement in the company with the Associate Leadership Council (ALC).  The ALC is comprised of the top twenty percent of the Keller Williams agent body in each office.  The purpose of the ALC is to guarantee the associates a vehicle for giving direct input on the operation of the office.  This allows each office to react quickly to market changes.  When was the last time you had real input into the way your office was run?
